Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were lovely, very modern, and the large jacuzzi bath was a fantastic surprise after a day in Figueres. It was really quiet, and the small balcony overlooking green open space was a nice touch. However, cleanliness could have been better as it seemed like the room hadn't been dusted in a while.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had quite a few mosquito-like insects on the walls and ceiling, with a king-size bed, a jacuzzi, and a terrace, but they felt worn down, had an old TV, and the bath tub wasn't so fresh. The service was excellent, with staff who provided take away meals for Salvador Dali in the last years of his life and displayed good English skills. However, the hotel's location was really bad, situated in the middle of the road going out of town, making it inconvenient without a car. The dining experience was enjoyable, though it took quite some time, and the hotel served a variety of meats, fruits, yogurts, and more. The facilities were satisfactory but could be improved.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with stunning views of the mountains and bay from my room. The room was impeccably clean and featured a lovely little balcony, although there was a noticeable echo due to the room layout. The hotel service was exceptional, with a background hint of sophistication and a friendly staff that catered to every need. The location was ideal for visiting the Dalí Museum and the city center, even though it was a bit of a walk from the train station. The dining experience was more than satisfactory, offering a variety of meal choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really comfortable, but the road noise was quite disruptive. On the bright side, the spacious rooms offered excellent bathrooms and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay.
I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were small but tidy, offering a very comfortable stay and a gorgeous view. However, I struggled with the room temperature being too hot, making it hard to sleep. The service, while controlling nearly everything in the background, was polite and efficient. The location, just next to the highway, was convenient but lacked a warm welcoming atmosphere. The dining was really exceptional with fresh products, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of elegance and modern comfort. The rooms reflected old-world charm with responsive staff, offering stunning views of the coastline, albeit a bit small. Despite being close to a noisy road, the friendly chef's personal touch during meals was delightful.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were lovely and very modern, with a fantastic bathroom and a large jacuzzi bath that was a pleasant surprise after a day exploring Figueres. However, the rooms on the 3rd floor lacked any decoration and the old air conditioning was not very effective. The service was obnoxious and unhelpful, especially since the staff didn't speak English or French, making communication difficult. The location was ideal for sightseeing and exploring Figueres but the town itself didn't leave a lasting positive impression. Dining was good but quite expensive, limiting our enjoyment to just one meal at the hotel. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to the Dali Museum made the overnight visit enjoyable.
The hotel offers rooms kept in the original 1962 style, with a great view of the mountains and bay. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and reasonably comfortable. The service is exceptional, known for its expertise in Catalan cuisine. The location is perfect for exploring the area, midway between south Spain and north France. The dining experience provides a variety of delicious options. The facilities are top-notch with all the necessary amenities available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although fun with amenities like a jacuzzi, were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep, and not up to a 4-star standard. On the bright side, the service was impeccable and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, catering to every need with a smile. The location, although on the outskirts of Figueres, offered easy access by car and a warm welcome with a good breakfast on the terrace. Unfortunately, the dining experience, although offering excellent dishes out on the front terrace, took quite a bit too long, which was inconvenient for travelers.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and a good choice of quality fresh food items. However, the room seemed to have some insects. The service was friendly but had a booking error. The location is great for the museum but a bit far from the train station. Dining experience was good but better if early. The hotel provides convenient facilities.
